A: That’s a simple one. All plays are rated the same. Each one should be played to win an equal amount. Because folks ask us about this, we do list our picks in order of preference, though the difference between any given pick is very small.

A: The problem with texts is that our computer expert tells us bulk texts (to many people all at once), can easily be hacked to reveal every single person’s identity. Given the info we provide and the confidentiality of our clients, we’d prefer not to send texts with picks. If you can’t get an email, you can always call us.

We never see your card information if you process your payment through Authorize.net. We employ the latest in firewall protection to prevent unauthorized access into our information storage areas. We maintain a rigorous hiring process to screen out potential employees with criminal backgrounds. All employees that we do hire have to sign a confidentiality agreement that forbids them from disclosing any information to which the employee has access, to other individuals or entities. We also have back-up servers and power supplies to guard against power outages and other natural occurrences that could pose a threat to the integrity of your personal information. Passwords may be required at some time in the future in order for you to gain access to your account. Once an account has been terminated, measures are taken to remove those users from the system who no longer need access to our system. When an employee is terminated or is no longer with the company, we change the access codes that the employee used to access any customer accounts. Account login sessions are terminated after three failed login attempts; all terminated login sessions are logged for follow-up.

WHO HAS ACCESS TO MY INFORMATION?
Only those employees that are responsible for handling your account have access to your information. Additionally, employees in our technical department may have access to your information in order to conduct routine checks on the integrity of our system and in order to perform necessary maintenance work. In order to process your credit card we have to consult with an outside credit card processing company, specifically Authorize.net – a division of Visa. These processing companies are regulated by the banking industry and must meet certain security requirements in order to be in business. The processing companies will have access to your credit card information, billing address, name, and possibly your telephone number. The processing company will communicate with the issuing bank of your credit card in order to get final approval to charge your credit card for the product or services we are providing for you. When you join one of our services, we may pass your email address to one of our partners who offers similar products or services that you might be interested in. Additionally, judicial requests by a duly authorized court will require us to divulge certain information regarding your account should that situation arise. Finally, should our company ever be bought or sold, your account information would then become the property of the new owner/entity. 
CAN I CORRECT OR REMOVE INFORMATION FROM YOUR SITE?

You also have the option of removing any information from your account that you wish to keep private. III. HOW WE HANDLE REFUNDS
Here’s how we handle refunds: if you buy any package AND PAY OUR EVERYDAY, LISTED WEBSITE PRICES – other than a single-play or a daily one – meaning, a weekly, monthly, seasonal, or annual package, we give you a 72-hour period of time during which you may cancel your purchase and receive a pro-rata refund, which will be the amount you paid, less any days you have actually used our service. If, during one of our promotional sales, you paid less than our website regular everyday price for any package, especially our Annual Deals, if we establish that you and BASports.com are not a good fit for each other, any refunds made will be when the regular next-shortest full time-period you’ve used has been multiplied by the number of such time-frames you’ve actually used our service. E.g.: if you’re on an Annual Deal, and a given full season of a sports package has ended, we will charge you that full website price for that season, as subtracted from the total amount you paid; otherwise, any other service time you’ve used will be computed at the prevailing published monthly rate for that sports package. Our standard guarantee (see above) does not apply in this case as it is predicated on your results when you complete the full term of the package you paid for. This pro-rata amount is computed at the listed daily-rate for that given sport. As an example, if you buy a week of College & NBA Basketball, where our current rate is $250 [all our rates are publicly posted and subject to change], and you have used a single day of service, just check our website for the one-day rate for all college & NBA plays, and note that figure is $79 for a non-weekend day. You would subtract the $79 for service you have already used and you would get a $171 refund for unused time. If you used 2 days of service, then the amount you would be charged is for nothing more than the service-time you’ve actually used, 2 non-weekend days at $79 each day, or a total of $158 which would entitle you to a refund of $92. This policy applies the same way to any given package you purchase from BASports.com. If you purchase some special combo-plan, say for 1 month, which covers more than 1 sport, the amount of service time will be figured the exact same way as just described, but it will be computed for each sport you received. Beyond this 72-hour period, our policy, which is industry-standard, THERE ARE NO REFUNDS GIVEN. Gambling is inherently risky and we can assume no liability if you, as an adult, incur any financial losses. Legal opinions on such refunds also point out that the information has already been provided and therefore used, and cannot be reclaimed for a refund. We feel our stated refund policy is a fair and equitable one.
